What's New Feb 25, 2009--Posted new pictures of track construction. Second Atlas Truss Bridge is installed and ramp leading up to second level is completed. Feb 25, 2009--Pictures of my original Lionel train set added to the About Me page. Mar 9, 2009 -- Started adding links. Added new construction pictures to layout page and made them larger. Main freight yard completed. Mar 13, 2009--Made pictures of real trains larger. Added layout track plan on this page. Sep 25, 2009--Added pictures to Real Railroads and My Layout sections. Added videos. Presently putting all track down permanently and doing wiring. Starting work on control panels. Oct 25, 2009—Completed first of several mini-control panels. The first one controls the switches and tracks at the Union Station passenger terminal. Nov 21, 2009—Added pictures of Intermodal Yards in the Real Trains section. The BNSF yard is in Cicero, IL and the CP yard is in Bensonville, IL. Dec 21, 2009—Pictures added of the construction progress on the upper line. Jan 9, 2010—Added new videos of running trains on the layout.
